Both parties agree to keep confidential all information disclosed in connection with the services provided, including any proprietary information or trade secrets. Confidentiality obligations will continue even after the termination of this agreement, except as required by law or court order.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Exclusion of Indirect Damages: Kayou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data.
  • Liability Cap: Kayou’s total liability to the Client for any claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for services rendered.

10. Termination

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with any other agreements signed by both parties, constitute the entire agreement between Kayou and the Client, superseding any prior agreements, representations, or discussions.
